I hope you’re having a great summer. As you clear your desk before going on holiday*, don’t let it stress you – done is better than perfect. Having things ‘done’ will allow you to create some space to relax and clear your mind. This is an ideal time to build up your reserves so you return to work completely refuelled and refreshed.
If you’re in Austria, give me a wave; I’ll be cycling for a week along the Tyrolean valleys. Well, enjoy your summer and I’ll see you for some coaching in September.
Daphne x
P.S. *If you haven’t booked a holiday, we definitely need to work together!
