Here’s what to do:
- Find your journal, log book or any piece of paper…….. use your computer if you must but it might side-track you with reminders
- Go to a place where you’ll be uninterrupted
- Set your phone timer to 6-minutes
- Start writing…. Anything…..whatever comes into your head
- Keep writing until the timer rings
