Executive coaching creates an environment for honest, challenging, confidential conversations that will play an integral part in your leadership and professional development.
Executive coaching, while not being directive, does the same for professionals at all levels and experiences, offering:
- Clarity to areas that may have been overlooked and support setting clear corporate objectives
- An opportunity to analyse, reflect upon and take action that will enable you to achieve business success
- Tools to ensure that you are also striking the balance right for your personal life
- Strict confidentiality that adheres to the International Coaching Federation ethical guidelines.
Generally coaching sessions will be on the telephone, following on from an introductory face-to-face meeting, geography permitting. Coaching sessions last for 45 minutes and are equally effective on the phone as face to face. Prior to each session, pre-coaching questions are emailed to stimulate thought processes and ensure coaching time is focused and maximised.
There is no obligation to sign up to a lengthy programme but we ask clients to book two sessions at a time and we recommend a minimum of three sessions to begin with. We also ask clients to make a commitment to themselves for six months.
In addition to business coaching, each client will be offered the facility to complete the Strength Deployment Inventory and Portrait of Personal Strengths. These can both be used as part of the coaching programme to improve self-awareness, personal boundaries and conflict management.
