Time to Clear Your Head!

If you’re having one of those weeks or days when time is rushing past and your ‘things to do’ list is spiraling out of control, try the 6-minute write. It will only take 6 minutes!

Here’s what to do:

Find your journal, log book or any piece of paper…….. use your computer if you must but it might side-track you with reminders
Go to a place where you’ll be uninterrupted
Set your phone timer to 6-minutes
Start writing…. Anything…..whatever comes into your head
Keep writing until the timer rings
Notice what is emerging and rising to the top of your mind / activity

Making choices this spring

Our choices

…and the world is still turning regardless of who you voted for. It’s made me think how lucky we are to have choice although some may argue little choice! I wonder what other choices you’re going to make for the rest of the year?

Over 80% of my clients bring difficult situations to our coaching sessions and the outcome invariably saves them time, money, stress or all three! Coaching brings clarity, confidence and better informed choices.
